1. Do I have to refer anyone in order to make money?

Yes, you need to refer others in order to start building your powerlines and build your 3x2 matrix. This is a "active" program, where all members need to refer other members in order to be successful in the program. Once your powerlines start to go viral, then the program can become a "passive" income generator, but it is still recommended that you continue to help your downline be successful as well.

2. Once my Matrix Cycles, do I need to get more referrals?

That is up to the individual. Once you cycle, you should continue to get referrals passed-up to you from your powerlines; thus filling your new matrix. However, you should still continue to refer new members in order to ensure your matrix cycles again.

3. Do you offer free memberships?

No. Only paid members will be able to complete the registration process.

No. Due to strict laws in some countries, only one membership per email address is permitted.

5. Are there any refunds offered for memberships?

No. Due to the nature of the products offered (digital downloads and URL Rotator System), there are absolutely NO refunds for membership fees.

6. I referred two members but they are not showing up in my genealogy or referral list. Why is that?

Because the program is a 2-Up Powerline System, your first two referrals are passed up to your powerline sponsor and they become the beneficiary of the members passed up to them.

7. I have completed my 2 qualifying referrals yet I still split the commission with my downline. Why did this happen?

Because of the 3x2 matrix structure. If your first level is full, then your next referral is spilled over to one of your first level members and they become their sponsor. When this happens, you split the commission with you and your first level member. This causes you to help your downline earn some cash, while building your matrix.

8. My matrix has more members in it than the normal 3x2 matrix should hold. Why is that?

Because of the combination of a 2-up powerline and a 3x2 matrix, your genealogy tree may show more members in your downline than you actually have. Keep in mind that someone in your downline may be very successful at referring new members, and after they pass up their two referrals to you, they begin to build their own powerlines and the referral commissions start to get passed up to them. Because of that your matrix may show your downline's cycled matrices; thus making it appear that your matrix is messed up. Don't worry, the system keeps track of your downline and knows when to pay your commission, and knows when your matrix has cycled. That is the beauty of the system, you DO NOT have to be the first to join, or be at the top of the matrix, to earn the most. Everyone has an equal chance to be a BIG earner!

9. What payment processors do you use to pay commissions and bonuses?

In order to streamline our daily cash payment system, we only use AlertPay for the one-time membership fees and for paying commissions and bonuses.
